New Build Architects in London
Our new build work ranges from individual bespoke homes to small residential developments, designed around the site, the planning context and how you want to live. As RIBA Chartered, ARB-registered architects we guide clients from initial feasibility and site appraisal through planning approval, technical design and construction — often using high-performance methods such as SIPS for exceptional insulation, airtightness and low running costs.

What we design
We design one-off contemporary and traditional houses, replacement dwellings, backland and infill plots, and small multi-unit residential schemes. Each project starts with an objective feasibility study — testing massing, layout and the planning constraints of the site — so you can understand the true development potential before committing to a full design or a land purchase.
Construction methods & performance
We work in masonry, timber frame and Structural Insulated Panels (SIPS) depending on the brief, budget and site. High-performance fabric-first construction delivers better insulation, airtightness and structural stability, lower energy bills and a more comfortable home — and helps future-proof projects against the rising energy-efficiency requirements of the forthcoming Future Homes Standard.
From feasibility to completion
After feasibility we develop the concept and 3D visuals, prepare and submit the planning application with the supporting documents and respond to officer queries. On approval we produce detailed construction and building regulations drawings, coordinate structural and services engineering, and can tender the works and manage the build on site — giving you a single point of responsibility from a bare site to a finished home.

Frequently asked questions
Can you assess a plot before I buy it?
Yes. A feasibility study tests what can realistically be built on a site — massing, layout options and the key planning constraints — and gives you clear, objective advice before you commit to a purchase or a full design phase.
What construction method do you recommend for a new build?
It depends on the brief, budget and site. We work in masonry, timber frame and SIPS; high-performance fabric-first approaches like SIPS offer excellent insulation and airtightness, lower running costs and faster weathertight construction. We'll recommend the best fit during the design stage.
Do you manage the build, or just the design and planning?
Either. We can take a project from feasibility and planning through technical design only, or continue through tendering and full on-site project management to completion — whichever suits how involved you want to be.
