I hired Carl to help with the structural design and calculations for an internal wall removal, as well as handling the application submission to the council. We used Shorplan Developments to help us with a kitchen/diner knock through and bifold installation. They helped us understand steel requirements and presented them very clearly (for normal people to understand as as the builders). They answered all of my basic questions and submitted my application to building control. The best thing about my experience was super quick response times to my emails and messages. He even helped specify a steel for the bifolds very quickly because I missed the requirement off my initial quote - which made me builders happy who wanted to start the work.
