Providing Planning & Design Solutions for your Projects

We provide a local professional design service for residential projects, preparing drawings for submission to the Local Authority for Planning and Building Regulations approvals. By being a small practice, specialising in residential projects, we can provide expert knowledge with a personal approach, which results in a friendly service with attention to the all important detail.

From the outset we understand the importance of getting the design and layout right for you, understanding what you wish to achieve. We listen to your ideas and contribute our own ideas and knowledge to ensure an appropriate scheme is designed to suit your requirements. We will give you guidance on your project and provide an indicative timetable of events, so that from the offset you can have a realistic project timetable.

Had planning refused?

We pride ourselves on our planning knowledge and ensure that we maintain a good working relationship with the local planning authority.

We can be very pragmatic in our approach to a scheme that has been given specific reasons for refusal. We look to find a way forward that still aims to meet your requirements and those of the local authority. If the original drawings are CAD based, we can try to use these to save time and pass these savings onto you.

We will discuss your ideas and any design matters you are unsure of and make suggestions when you do not quite know what you are trying to achieve. We will also advise you on any limitations that we foresee you are likely to encounter in the planning and building regulations stages.

There is no charge for this initial consultation. Following the consultation we will have sufficient information to send you a competitive detailed fee quotation for our future services.
