Householder applications · England · Preliminary review

A second pair of eyes on your drawings, before the council's.

Upload up to three planning PDFs. An AI model looks for drawing basics — north arrows, scale bars, boundaries, titles and legibility — and tells you what it saw, what it couldn't, and what to look at again.

Independent tool from Shorplans. Not formal council validation, and never a certificate that an application is complete or will be approved.

How your files are handled

Files are sent to OpenAI through Replit's AI integration to produce the review. We don't save your files or reports to our database or storage; they're held temporarily to process the request. The AI provider may retain data under its own policies. Please remove personal data that isn't needed — names, signatures, phone numbers — before uploading. See our privacy policy.
